All bookings require a 20% + 3% deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining 80% is due upon completion of the tour.
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
More than 14 days before the scheduled tour: Full refund of the deposit.
Between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled tour: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before the scheduled tour or no-show: The deposit is non-refundable.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at info.rosatosicilytours@gmail.com as early as possible.
If you need to change the date or time of your tour, we will do our best to accommodate your request at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original departure time.
If you experience any issue during your tour, please let your driver know immediately so we can resolve it on the spot. If the service provided does not match what was agreed upon at the time of booking, contact us at info.rosatosicilytours@gmail.com and we will evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase for any reason, provided the service has not yet been performed. If the tour has already taken place, this right no longer applies.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info.rosatosicilytours@gmail.com.
